Your healthcare provider enrolls you into the THERA patient support® program

Your healthcare provider will enroll you into the THERA patient support® program by filling out the enrollment form. If your healthcare provider has questions about enrollment, please ask them to visit hcp.egriftawr.com or contact THERA patient support® toll-free at 1-833-23THERA (1-833-238-4372). THERA patient support® can assist and support them in enrolling you in the program.

You provide your consent

It is important that YOU provide your consent as part of the enrollment form submission, so you can access the free resources and support available through the THERA patient support® program.

THERA patient support® initiates the benefit verification process

  • Once the enrollment form with your consent has been submitted to THERA patient support® by your healthcare provider, the THERA patient support® team will begin the benefit verification process.
  • The THERA patient support® Patient Care Coordinator will work with Specialty Pharmacies in your insurance network. If eligible, they will apply THERA Co-Pay Assistance so you can quickly receive your medication, delivered straight to your door.
  • Once you are approved for EGRIFTA WR therapy, expect a call from your Specialty Pharmacy to coordinate your medication pickup or delivery.
You’ll receive a monthly call from the Specialty Pharmacy dispensing your EGRIFTA WR prescription to confirm your shipment. Be sure to answer—missing the call could delay your EGRIFTA WR. Be sure to save the name and number of the Specialty Pharmacy in your contacts so you always know who’s calling.

You receive a welcome call

  • A THERA patient support® Patient Care Coordinator will provide you with a welcome call into the program within 1–2 business days of receiving your enrollment from your healthcare provider.
  • In the call, you will be offered multiple free resources to support you during your EGRIFTA WR journey. This includes a free sharps container and EGRIFTA WR Resource Kit with supplies to help you get started.

You receive a call from your dedicated THERA patient support® Nurse Navigator

Once THERA patient support® completes the benefit verification process and you have been approved for EGRIFTA WR, you will receive your first call from your dedicated assigned THERA patient support® Nurse Navigator.
The Nurse Navigator will welcome you into the program and schedule your first EGRIFTA WR injection training. 
Save 1-833-23THERA (1-833-238-4372)—your THERA patient support® Nurse Navigator’s phone number—in your contacts to ensure you never miss important updates and always know who is calling.

Continued support for you

Your assigned THERA patient support® Nurse Navigator will remain an available resource to support you and answer any questions you have throughout your entire EGRIFTA WR journey.
You’ll receive a monthly call from the Specialty Pharmacy dispensing your EGRIFTA WR prescription to confirm your shipment. Be sure to answer—missing the call could delay your EGRIFTA WR.
